Mind Over Matter is Everything
Stop telling yourself that you can’t be “that girl” side note: if thats who you want to be. Because you don’t look the part or dot have the right or nice things as others…
Stop making excuses not to start
My biggest piece of advice is to start. Start scared. Start confused, but baby just start. You can never plan your way to success.
Back to the midset factor: fake it until you make it (but this is the key) don't TELL PEOPLE YOU’RE FAKING IT. Listen you have to carry confidence into all aspects of your life. Until one day, you realize your not faking it at all. In fact you weren’t faking it during the whole process.
I’m not going to say stay positve. We are tired of the whole positive vibes trend.
A LIST OF OTHER WORDS BESIDE POSITIVE:
Stay open -> Stay curious -> just start -> and then keep trying -> until its your reality
Manifest Journals
You can use lists as a running reminder. I add to it whenever I feel or as a mindset shift practice!!
write down the goals your want to achieve is 2023
write down why you think you haven’t achieved those goals
identify the limiting belief
write the opposite belief
every time something happens that affirms the second “opposite belief” write it as a list under that belief
I can’t be consistent ——> “I have all the tools I need to have to be consistent”
Hack Your Habits
This is my biggest tip to create habits that last. Join a Challenge
Some great examples is 75 hard, or project 50
Create 3 to 4 daily habits you want to incorporate in your life, choose a number of days, and create your own challenge. If you treat your habits like side quest thought out the day. You will be more likely to complete every single one of them. However, we aren’t perfect so give yourself some grace.
Set Goals
Creating Daily to do lists are great. The idea is to follow through with all of the plans.
think about goals like
how many books you would like to read in the new year
old habits you want to stop
new hobbies that will spark a flame in your life
what bucklist items do you want to add
every month I want to have ______ done !
